A beginner-friendly class that introduces what fresh milled flour is, how to mill it, and how to bake with it confidently at home. Led by Sandi, this one-hour class offers practical instruction and helpful tips to get you started with fresh milled flour.

While there are beloved staples you can count on each week, the menu also changes regularly to reflect seasonal flavors, fresh inspiration, and what’s coming out of the oven that weekend—making every visit a little different and always worth the stop.
